Photographs are of the blank we print on. Color availability varies by item - the polo carries five, the adult tee eight, a mug is white. Front, back and sleeve all print; full color going to one address is printed at the same place, so a mixed order matches.

You pay only when you order physical garments, and there is no minimum quantity - a single shirt is a real order at the listed price.

A picture that looks good on screen can still be unprintable. The designer works inside the constraints the press actually has: the print area of the garment you picked, the resolution the file needs at that size, and the fact that thin lines and small text disappear on fabric.

Describe it
Say what you want in plain words - a mascot, a slogan, your existing logo. Upload a file you already have, or photograph an old shirt and have it rebuilt clean.
Refine it
Change the colors, add the year, swap the mascot, make the background transparent. Every version is saved, so you can always step back to one you liked.
Put it on garments
Pick which products carry the design. It's placed the same way on all of them by default, and you can adjust any single product that needs something different.
Sizes, then checkout
Enter the run you collected - youth and adult in the same grid. We print it in the US and ship it with tracking.
Questions people actually ask
Can I really do the whole order in the chat?
Yes, that is the whole idea. Describe what you want and Remi designs it, puts it on the garment in the color you picked, and checks the artwork is large enough to print at that size. Tell it the sizes and quantities and it builds the order line by line, then takes you to checkout. The design, the garment, the colors, the sizes and the payment all happen in one conversation - there is no separate design studio to learn.
Is it free to design?
Yes. Describing, generating and refining a design costs nothing, and there is no subscription and no card to enter. Your first ten designs need no account at all. After that a free account carries you to 30 designs a day and 150 a month. You pay only when you place an order for physical garments - nothing before that, and the limit never touches checkout or anything you have already made.
What is the minimum order?
There isn't one. Order a single shirt or two hundred. Mixed garments and mixed sizes go in the same order, and each size is the same price - a 2XL costs what a small costs. Bigger orders cost less per item: every item has bulk prices from 12 or 24 of the same item, applied automatically at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum - one shirt ships free the same as fifty. To one address, nothing is added at checkout except sales tax where it applies, unless you choose faster shipping. Sending parts of an order to more addresses adds the extra postage of the separate parcels, shown in your cart before you pay. Every order ships with tracking once it leaves production.
How long does it take?
Production usually runs up to 10 business days after checkout, then shipping on top of that. Your cart shows the dates your order should arrive before you pay, worked out from the usual production and transit times for the items in it. A large order or a holiday rush can run past them, so leave a buffer. You get tracking as soon as it ships. If you have a hard date, tell us before you order and we'll say honestly whether it's doable.
Who actually prints it?
US print-on-demand partners, working from Gildan blanks for most garments, a JERZEES pique for the polo and Sport-Tek for the performance tees. Nothing is warehoused - each order is printed after you pay, which is why there is no minimum and no leftover boxes of the wrong size. Full-color items going to one address are printed at the same place, so the colors match across a mixed set. Screen printing, from 24 of one design on one item, comes from our screen-printing partner and ships separately.
Can I use my school or team's existing logo?
Yes. Upload the file you already have, or photograph an old shirt and we'll rebuild the artwork from it. Only upload artwork you have the right to print - we don't print third-party trademarks.
What if the shirt arrives wrong?
If we printed it wrong, the color is off, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we reprint or refund it, our choice. A correct order is different: it was printed for you after you paid, so it can't be restocked or resold, and we can't take it back because someone changed their mind about the design or picked the wrong size. Check the size guide before you order.
