The short version

Every item is printed for you after you pay, so we can't restock or resell it. That means no returns for a change of mind or a size chosen in error — but if the mistake is ours, we fix it.

What we cover

We will reprint or refund, our choice, if:

  • The print is materially different from the design you approved at checkout
  • The garment or print is defective — cracked or misprinted graphics, holes, seam failures, obvious staining
  • You received the wrong garment, color, or size compared with your order
  • The order never arrives and the carrier confirms it as lost

What we don't cover

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or garment
  • Changing your mind about the design after checkout
  • Normal variation: minor differences between on-screen color and printed fabric, and small differences in print position from piece to piece
  • Wear from washing hot, bleaching, or machine drying on high
  • Carrier delays, or an order that arrives after an event date we did not commit to in writing

How to file a claim

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, including a close-up of the print. We'll respond within two business days. If a claim is approved, we reprint at no cost or refund to your original payment method; refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We usually don't ask you to ship the item back.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If the order has not gone into production we will cancel and refund in full. Once printing has started, we can't cancel it.

Orders we cancel

If we cancel an order — because artwork appears to infringe someone's rights, because content is unacceptable under the terms, or because we can't fulfill it — you get a full refund.
