Not every order is for a school. The same no-minimum, print-to-order approach works for a wedding weekend, a family reunion, a shop counter, a mission trip or a trade show booth: one design, any quantity, printed and shipped without a quote form. What these orders have in common is a calendar. Each one is tied to a date, the date usually falls in a busy season, and the shirts are only worth having if they arrive before it. This page is the planning view across the year; the guides below go deep on each occasion.

The year at a glance

Every order is printed after checkout: up to 10 business days of printing, then typically 4 to 8 business days in transit with free shipping, or 2 to 5 with faster shipping where checkout offers it. There is no rush printing. As general guidance, five weeks before the date is comfortable, four weeks fits with little slack, and three weeks is tight. The table counts back from typical dates; your cart shows the real dates for your order before you pay.

The busiest weeks for every printer and carrier are the ones right before a holiday, and carriers do not move parcels on federal holidays such as Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Choosing the garment by season and setting

The season and the setting decide the garment more than the design does.

• Summer heat outdoors (a summer reunion, a beach trip, a 5K): the Adult Tee in 100% cotton is the default. For a run or a hike, the Performance Tee is moisture-wicking polyester in bright colors like Orange, Gold and Silver.
• Cool mornings and evenings (fall festivals, a cabin weekend, a football game): the Adult Long Sleeve has the largest flat print area in the range, 15 x 17 inches front and back. It runs small, so size up.
• Cold (Thanksgiving in the yard, a December photo, a winter retreat): the Adult Crewneck or the Adult Hoodie, both in 13 colors. A hoodie's hood is not printable.
• A little dressier (a rehearsal dinner, a retirement lunch, a trade show booth): the Adult Polo, printed on the left chest, in Navy, Red, Royal, Black, White or Athletic Heather.
• A fitted look (bridal parties, girls trips, a women's team): the Women's Tee is semi-fitted with cap sleeves, in colors like Light Pink, Azalea and Heliconia.
• Kids: the Youth Tee runs Youth XS to XL. There are no infant or toddler sizes. Youth and adult are not one continuous scale, so size by fit (youth XL vs adult small).

For the guest who will not wear a shirt at all, a canvas tote, a mug or a tumbler carries the same design. Mugs and tumblers can carry each person's name under the design at no charge (mugs with names).

Budget per person

Every price below includes one printed surface. Each extra surface, such as a back print beside a front, adds $8.99 to $10.99 depending on the product. Bulk prices apply automatically, counted on each item's own pieces across sizes and colors. Shipping is free on every US order.

Collecting sizes across households

The slow part of an occasion order is almost never the design. It is waiting for twelve people in four households to reply with a size. Send one sizes link instead: each person enters who the shirt is for and their size, up to 300 answers, with no account and nothing paid on the link. One button adds every answer to your order (collect shirt sizes).

A common approach is to send the link with the invitation, set a cutoff about a week before your order date, and order with what you have. With no minimum, a late reply is its own small order.

Shipping to several addresses

Families and teams are rarely under one roof before the event. One order can ship to up to 10 addresses with one payment. Each address is its own parcel with its own tracking; the first ships free and each further address adds its postage, shown in the cart before you pay (ship to multiple addresses). A names list (each piece with its own name) ships by the faster service at no charge.

If each guest should pay for their own, a free group storefront lets every buyer order at the listed price, shipped to their home (school fundraiser shirts). Bulk prices do not apply to storefront orders.

Questions about occasion apparel

How far ahead should I order for an event?

About five weeks before the date is comfortable. Printing takes up to 10 business days after checkout, then transit, and the cart shows the expected dates before you pay. There is no rush printing.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One piece is a real order, and bulk prices start automatically at 12 or 24 pieces of one item, depending on the item.

Can kids and adults be in one order?

Yes. Youth and adult garments, and different products, go in one cart. The smallest size is Youth XS; there are no infant or toddler sizes.

Can I ship to family in different places?

Yes, up to 10 addresses on one order. The first ships free and each further address adds its postage.

What if something arrives misprinted?

Send a photo within 30 days of delivery for a reprint or refund. A size ordered wrong or a change of mind is not returnable, because every piece is printed for your order.
