How a Booster Club Earns From a Shirt Storefront
How a booster club or PTA earns from its shirts: a free storefront, a share of sales (10% as standard) paid at least every 90 days, no inventory to hold.

A storefront, not a markup
You don't set a sale price, and you don't collect anyone's money. Your group gets a free storefront - its own page on our site, at an address made from your group's name - carrying the designs and garments you choose. Families order from it at our listed prices, with every size of a garment up to 2XL at the same price:

We stay the seller, and once your group has signed our fundraising agreement and sent the rest of the paperwork listed below, it earns a share of what the storefront sells: 10% as standard.
What a season works out to
The share is worked out on the merchandise, not on sales tax, and it's earned when an order ships - not when it's placed. A refunded order earns nothing.

Each order's share is rounded to the cent, so if those were forty separate one-tee orders, each would earn one dollar and 44 cents and the statement would total 57 dollars and 60 cents. Storefront orders are charged the listed price; bulk prices on large orders don't apply to them.
What we need before we can pay you
The share is paid to an organization, never to a person. A storefront earns once we have:
- Your organization's EIN
- A completed W-9
- The fundraising agreement, signed by two officers
- The bank account to send the money to
We pay by bank transfer at least every 90 days, counted from the day your storefront opens, and each transfer comes with a written statement of the orders counted, the rate, and the amount. Email us to start the agreement.
You share the address, we do the rest
The storefront is yours to promote on your own channels - the newsletter, the team group chat, the program's page. Families pick a design, a garment, and a size, pay at checkout, and each order ships to the family that placed it, free to any US address, with tracking.
Your group sees what the storefront sold - the order, the garments, the date, and the amount - and a buyer's name and email only when that buyer ticks the box at checkout allowing it.
No inventory, no upfront risk
Nothing is warehoused, and nothing prints until it's ordered and paid for. There's no minimum, no box of leftover mediums in someone's garage after the season, and nobody fronts money for stock that might not sell. Youth and adult sizes sit on the same storefront, so younger siblings, students, and staff all order from one address.
How it runs, start to finish
- Describe the design in plain English or upload the team logo, and refine it in chat, for free, until it's right.
- Sign in, give your organization a name, and put the design on its storefront.
- Production typically takes up to 10 business days plus transit.
Custom prints aren't returnable for a size ordered in error or a change of mind, but if a print is wrong or defective, we reprint or refund it when the buyer sends a photo within 30 days of delivery.
