Lowest Price Guarantee
We match any competitor's published price on a comparable custom apparel order. What counts, what does not, and how to claim it.

If you find a lower published price for a comparable custom order, we will match it. This page says exactly what that means, because a guarantee that is vague about its own terms is not worth much to either of us.
What we match
A published price from a US competitor, for an order that is genuinely comparable to yours:
- The same or an equivalent blank - a Gildan 5000 against a Gildan 5000, or a garment of the same weight and construction. A 3.5oz retail-fill tee is not comparable to a 6.0oz heavyweight.
- The same quantity and size mix as your order.
- The same decoration - full-colour front print, comparable print size.
- Delivered price, so shipping and any setup, art, screen or handling fees are counted on both sides. Our shipping is free, and a competitor's is usually not; the comparison is what lands on your card, not what appears on the product page.
- Available to the general public in the US, in stock, at the time you ask.
What we do not match
- Auction sites, marketplace resellers, membership-only pricing, employee or student pricing, and anything requiring a code we cannot verify.
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation, blemished or discontinued stock.
- Pricing errors, including obvious typos on a competitor's site.
- Quotes given to you privately. It has to be published where we can see it.
- Bundles where the shirt is priced against something else you must also buy.
- Our own past prices, or a price you saw here before it changed.
How to claim it
Email service@aipromodesign.com with a link to the published price and the details of your order - garment, quantity, sizes, colours, print. A screenshot helps if the page is behind a configurator.
Ask before you pay. We will confirm in writing what we can match and what your total will be. If you have already paid, ask within 7 days of your order and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
We aim to answer within one business day.
The limits, plainly
We match the price. We do not match a competitor's delivery date, their returns policy, or their production time.
We reserve the right to decline a match where the comparison is not genuine - where the blank is materially different, where the total excludes fees a customer would actually pay, or where matching would put the order below what it costs us to make and ship. If we decline, we will tell you why, and you are free to buy elsewhere with no hard feelings.
This guarantee applies to orders shipped within the United States.
