Lowest Price Guarantee

1. What our lowest-price statement covers

When we say our prices are lower than our competitors', that statement is limited as follows:

1. The same garment model. It applies only where a competitor sells the identical blank garment we print on, identified by brand and style number (for example, a Gildan 5000 compared with a Gildan 5000). Products for which no named competitor sells the same model are not part of the statement.
2. The named competitors. It applies to the major US sellers named on our price comparison page, and to each of them only for the models and quantities shown there. We do not represent that our prices are lower than those of every seller, including smaller or local sellers we have not reviewed.
3. The date of the comparison. It reflects each competitor's published prices on the date stated on the price comparison page. Competitors change their prices, and the statement is not a promise about any later date.
4. The basis of the comparison. Prices are compared as delivered to a US address: the garment, a full-color print in the same placement, shipping, and any setup, art or handling fees, before sales tax. Promotions, sales, coupon codes, membership pricing and other temporary or restricted offers are excluded on both sides. Garments are compared in the same true color, not white or black, where colors are priced differently.

If, despite the above, you find a lower published price for an order that is genuinely comparable to yours, section 4 applies. Comparable means:

3. What we do not match

• Screen printing, at any quantity or number of ink colors. Screen printing sets up a screen for each ink color and gets cheaper with volume, so it is a different product from full-color printing. The same goes for embroidery, heat-transfer vinyl and pad printing.
• Sales, promotions, coupon or discount codes, first-order offers, free-shipping promotions and membership or subscription pricing.
• Auction sites, marketplace resellers, employee or student pricing, and anything requiring a code we cannot verify.
• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, blemished or discontinued stock.
• Pricing errors, including obvious typos on a competitor's site.
• Quotes given to you privately. It has to be published where we can see it.
• Bundles where the item is priced against something else you must also buy.
• Our own past prices, or a price you saw here before it changed.

4. What we will do

If we confirm that a comparable order is available for less, we will, at our sole choice, do one of the following:

1. Match the price. We charge our listed price at checkout and then refund the difference to the card you paid with; or
2. Give you a store credit. We issue a credit for the difference, to be used on a future order with us. A store credit is valid for 12 months from the date we issue it, is used once, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with a discount code on the same order.

The cap. Whichever we choose, the total benefit for any one order is limited to the lesser of: (a) the confirmed difference in delivered price; (b) 10% of your order's goods, after any bulk price and before tax; or (c) 100 dollars. Only one claim may be made per order, and per comparable competitor offer.

We may decline a claim, and will tell you why, where the comparison is not genuine: where the blank is materially different, where the competitor's total leaves out fees a customer would actually pay, or where the competitor's offer falls under section 3. You are always free to buy elsewhere.

5. How to claim it

Ask before you pay if you want the answer first, or within 7 days of your order if you have already paid.

1. Find the published price and copy the link. Take a screenshot if the price only shows inside a configurator.
2. Email us at service@aipromodesign.com with the link and your order's details: garment, quantity, sizes, colors and print.
3. Wait for our written answer - usually within one business day - saying whether the claim is accepted, whether we will match or issue a credit, and the amount after the cap.
4. Place the order at our price, if you have not already. Once it is paid, we refund the difference or issue the credit.

6. Discounts and the guarantee

We compare the competitor's delivered price with our price after any bulk price (for example, adult tees $10.90 each from 12, $10.74 from 24 and $9.03 from 50; adult hoodies $25.64 from 12; mugs $8.04 from 12), so the comparison is measured from the lowest price we would charge you, not taken on top of a bulk price. A discount code - a welcome, reorder, referral or reward code - does not combine with a claim under this guarantee: use the code or make the claim, whichever saves you more.

7. Where it applies

This guarantee applies to orders shipped within the United States. It does not apply to orders placed through a group's storefront, whose prices are set with the group.

8. Changes

We may change these terms or end the guarantee at any time by updating this page. A change does not affect a claim we have already accepted in writing.
