    Email is much faster for an order.

The first reply is not always the answer. Something we can settle in a sentence gets settled in a sentence; a reprint claim needs photographs reviewed by our print partner, and that takes up to two business days.

Help with an order

Put these in your first email and we can usually answer it in one reply.

  • Your order number

    It is in your confirmation email, and every order has its own page - the link is in any email we have already sent.

  • Photos of a problem

    For anything wrong with a print: the whole item and a close-up of the print. Our print partner needs them to approve a reprint.

  • Your date

    If one matters - a game, a trip, a fundraiser. Ask before you order and we'll say honestly whether it's doable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items are reprinted or refunded when reported within 30 days of delivery. See the refund policy.

Cancel or change

To cancel, use Cancel order on your order's page for 12 hours after you pay, as long as printing has not started - it refunds you in full, with no email needed.

For anything else, or after that window, email as soon as possible after ordering. If the order has not gone into production we can fix the address or cancel and refund in full. Once printing has started, the order is locked in with the print partner.
