Copyright and trademark complaints

How to report a group store or design on AI Promo Design that uses your copyright, trademark or likeness without permission, and how takedowns work.

Last updated: October 14, 2026.

Group stores on AI Promo Design are opened by their owners and go live as soon as they are created. Every store owner confirms that they own, or have permission to use, the logos and designs on their store. If a store or a design uses your work without permission, tell us and we will act on it promptly.

Report a store

Email service@aipromodesign.com with:

  1. The store's address, for example aipromodesign.com/store/westside-runners.
  2. What you own: the trademark, logo, artwork, or the person shown.
  3. What on the store uses it.
  4. Your name and how to reach you, and a statement that the information is accurate.

We look at every report within two business days. A store that uses someone else's marks without permission is taken down, and the commission it has not yet been paid is withheld.

For a formal notice of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), send it to our designated agent. The agent's contact details, and what a notice and a counter-notice must include, are in section 7 of the Terms of Service.

What happens to a store

  • Before it goes live. Stores whose name or designs mention a well-known league, team, school, studio or brand, or claim to be "official", wait for a person to check them.
  • After a report. We may take a store down while we look into it, and we tell the owner why.
  • Repeat problems. We close the stores and accounts of owners who repeatedly use other people's marks or artwork.
