Who we are
AI PromoDesign ("we") operates this site from the United States. AI PromoDesign is a working name and may change; if it does, this policy carries over to the renamed business.
What we collect
- Design inputs. Text prompts you type and images you upload, so we can generate and print your design.
- Order information. Name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered.
- Payment information. Handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card; we never see or store the full card number.
- Basic site analytics. Standard technical data such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate region.
Why we use it
To generate your design, print and ship your order, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the site. We use design prompts and uploads for the purpose of fulfilling your order and operating the service.
Who we share it with
Only the vendors we need to run the service: our payment processor, our US print-and-fulfillment partners (who receive your shipping address and artwork in order to print and ship), our hosting provider, and the AI provider that powers the designer. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and support obligations. Designs and uploads are kept while your account or order is active, and deleted on request where we are not required to retain them.
Your choices
Email us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to ask us not to use your uploads beyond fulfilling your order. Residents of some US states have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.
Children
The site is intended for adults. Adults order apparel for children; children should not create accounts or place orders themselves.

We use cookies necessary to run the cart and checkout, plus basic analytics.
