Frequently asked questions

Answers on turnaround time, reprints, minimums, who prints your order, sizing, and colors for custom apparel orders.

Last updated: September 3, 2026.

How long does it take?

Production usually runs about 2–5 business days after checkout, then shipping on top of that. Larger orders can take longer. You get tracking as soon as it ships. If you have a hard date — a game, a trip, a fundraiser — tell us before you order and we'll say honestly whether it's doable.

What if it arrives wrong?

Custom-printed goods can't be resold, so we don't take returns for a change of mind or an ordering mistake on size. What we do cover: if the print is wrong, defective, or badly off from the design you approved, we reprint it or refund it. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll handle it.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One shirt is a real order. Ordering more doesn't currently change the per-piece price either — what's listed is what you pay.

Who actually prints these?

US print-on-demand partners. Nothing is warehoused; each order is printed after you pay, which is why there's no minimum and no leftover boxes of the wrong size. Blanks are Gildan, except the polo, which is a JERZEES pique.

What sizes do you carry?

Adult S through 3XL, and youth sizes on the youth tee and youth hoodie. Every size is the same price. Gildan runs fairly true to size and a little roomy through the body; if you're between sizes on the polo, size up. See our full sizing guide for fit notes on every garment.

What colors can I get?

Navy, Red, Royal, Black, White, Sport Gray, and Forest across the line, with Gold on some garments. Not every color exists in every garment and size — the designer only shows you combinations we can actually print. See our color guide for help picking one.

Can I put a design on the back or sleeve?

Not yet. Front print only during beta. Back and sleeve placement are on the list.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes. Upload it in the designer. Only upload artwork you have the right to use — see the terms.

Can I mix garments in one order?

Yes. Tees, hoodies, and polos can all sit in the same cart, in any mix of sizes.
