Free Names and Numbers on Every Team Shirt

Team shirt orders are often priced twice: once for the shirt, then again for the lettering on it. At AI Promo Design, names and numbers are free on every shirt.

What Is Free

A name, a number or both on every shirt in the order, with no charge per player and none by the letter. Each player's shirt is printed individually with their own name and number.

Lettering is available on:

• the adult and youth tee
• the adult and youth hoodie
• the adult and youth crewneck
• the adult polo
• the adult long sleeve

These are printed, jersey-style team shirts, not mesh or sublimated game jerseys.

What It Looks Like

Names and numbers print in one of four athletic lettering styles: Athletic block, Varsity, Rounded or Squared. Remi, the AI designer in the chat, picks the one that suits your team, such as Varsity for a school, Rounded for a youth team or Squared for a club, and changes it when you tell her to.

• On the back: the name runs straight across the shoulders or on an arch, with the number under it, or the name or the number prints on its own.
• On the front: each player's number can go right under a left-chest logo, at the logo's width, on every garment except the polo.
• Ink: pick one of 15 ink colors - White, Black, Navy, Royal, Columbia Blue, Red, Maroon, Orange, Gold, Vegas Gold, Kelly Green, Forest Green, Purple, Silver or Pink.
• Outline: optional, in a second color, such as gold outlined in navy on a white tee. The ink and outline carry to the front number too.
• Size: one of three for the back - Small, Standard or Large. The front number takes its size from the logo above it.
• Names: up to 22 characters, using letters A-Z, spaces, hyphens, periods and apostrophes, and they print in capitals. Accented letters print without the accent, so Muñoz prints as MUNOZ.
• Numbers: 0-99.

One list per shirt color holds up to 80 players.

The One Cost That Can Apply

The lettering is free; the side of the shirt it lands on may not be. Every shirt's price includes one printed surface, so a shirt with only names and numbers on the back is just the shirt's price. If the team logo is on the front and the names and numbers are the only thing on the back, printing the back is the usual extra-surface price: $8.99 to $10.99 depending on the product. That is what any second surface costs, whatever goes on it. If the logo is already on the back, names and numbers add nothing, and a number under a left-chest logo adds nothing either, since it shares the front with the logo.

How to Order

1. On the design page, pick the "Sports teams" kit, or tell Remi, the AI designer in the chat, to add names and numbers. A shirt already on your order has an "Add names and numbers" option.
2. Pick what the front and the back carry. Remi takes the layout in a sentence too, such as "logo on the left chest, number under it, arched names on the back", and opens the list with it already set.
3. Paste the roster, one player per line with name, number and size (a line like "Garcia, 23, XL"), or type it in.

The shirt sizes are counted from the list, so there is no separate size form. Youth and adult sizes mix in one order, there is no minimum, and shipping is free on every US order. Tees drop to bulk prices automatically, counted on each tee's own pieces in any sizes:

Printed Exactly As Entered

We print every name and number exactly as it is typed on the list. A name misspelled on the list is not a misprint and is not reprinted free, so check it before you order:

• Compare every name to the league roster or registration form, not to memory.
• Type two-part surnames, hyphens and apostrophes the way the player writes them.
• Confirm a nickname with the player before it goes on a shirt.
• Look for two players on the same number, and for a 1 that should have been a 7.
• Match each size to the right player; the size guide covers how each garment fits.
