Team Roster Shirts, One Name and Number per Player
Collect names, numbers and sizes, paste one line per player, and each shirt prints with its own name and number. Lettering is free; no minimum order.
The shirts are rarely the hard part of a team order. The list is: who wears what size, which number each player picked, and how to spell a surname nobody has seen written down. Here is how a coach or team parent turns that list into shirts with each player's own name and number. Names and numbers are free: no charge for a name, a number or both.
Collect Three Things per Player
Name, number, size. A spreadsheet works, and so does a group chat if everyone answers in that order. Or collect them by link: each person puts in their own name, number and size, and one button adds the answers to the list. Decide up front what the name line says; surname is usual.
- Names run up to 22 characters in letters, spaces, hyphens, periods and apostrophes, so SMITH-JONES and ST. CLAIR both fit.
- Numbers run 0 to 99.
- One list holds up to 80 players.

Paste One Line per Player
On the design page, pick the "Sports teams" kit, or tell Remi, the AI designer in the chat, to add names and numbers. A shirt already on your order has "Add names and numbers". Paste the roster as name, number, size, one player per line, or type players in one at a time:

The sizes count themselves. There is no separate size form. The list above is one S, one M, one L and one XL, and that is what the order holds. Each player's shirt is printed individually with their own name and number. Youth and adult shirts are separate products on the order, so give each its own list.
Every tee on the list counts toward that tee's bulk price, applied automatically:

What gets cleaned up. Names print in capitals, so a lowercase list needs no retyping. Accented letters print without the accent: Muñoz prints as MUNOZ.
Check Spelling Before You Order
We print every name and number exactly as it is typed on the list. A name misspelled on the list is not a misprint and is not reprinted free. Misprints and defects are different: report one with a photo within 30 days and it is reprinted or refunded, as the print quality policy explains.
Before paying, post the list to the group chat and have each family check their own line:
- swapped digits
- two players on one number
- a dropped hyphen
Families catch their own player's name faster than a coach catches twenty.
A Second Shirt Color Means a Second List
One list covers one shirt color. A team that wears navy at home and white away has two products on the order and two lists. Each list can set its own lettering:
- Style: four athletic styles - Athletic block, Varsity, Rounded and Squared.
- Back layout: the name runs straight across the shoulders or arches over the number, or the number prints alone, at Small, Standard or Large.
- Front: the number can sit right under a left-chest logo, on every garment except the polo.
- Color: each list takes one of 15 inks with an optional outline in a second color, so every list can pick letters that stand out on its own shirt.
A New Player Mid-Season
There is no minimum order, so the player who joins after the shirts arrive is an order of one: one line with their name, number and size. Keep your spreadsheet, and next season's list is an edit rather than a fresh round of messages.
What You Actually Pay
You pay for the shirt, from $14.38 for the Adult Tee. Names and numbers are free on the adult and youth tee, hoodie and crewneck, the adult polo and the adult long sleeve.
- The first printed surface is included, so a shirt with only names and numbers on the back is just the shirt's price.
- With a design on the front, printing the back is the usual extra-surface price: $8.99 to $10.99 depending on the product.
- If the team logo is already on the back, names and numbers add nothing.
- Shipping is free on every US order, with up to 10 business days of production plus shipping.
