What you are printing on
It is the adult tee with sleeves: a classic cotton crew neck, and it carries the biggest flat print area of any garment we sell, on the front and on the back. That is the reason to choose it for a design that needs room:
- a wide lockup
- a roster down the back
- a full-chest illustration

It is cut a little small, so if someone is between sizes, go up one. Choose the color and size above to see the exact shirt.
Designing one
Type what you want - "Volunteer crew, small mark on the chest, big schedule down the back, black on Sport Gray" - and you will see it on the shirt. Already have a logo? Upload a PNG or SVG and place it. Then adjust by saying what is off: bigger, higher, try it on navy, drop the icon. Every revision renders on the garment color you picked, so the mockup you approve is what gets printed.
Designing is free, and you pay when you order.
Sizes and quantities
Mix freely. Six mediums, two 2XLs and a large is a normal order, and every size costs the same per item - no upcharge for big sizes and no penalty for a small run.
Printing and turnaround
Orders are printed by US print-on-demand partners after you check out, which is why there is no minimum and nothing sits in a warehouse.
- Production: generally up to 10 business days, plus shipping.
- Tracking: you get it when the order leaves.
- A wrong or defective print: we reprint it or refund you - send a photo within 30 days of delivery.
- Print areas: the first is included in the price. The back is the extra one, and the details table shows what it adds; the designer shows the same figure beside the area before you design for it.
