Ruled or dot grid
There are two, and the difference is more than the pages.

The dot grid's second cover costs nothing extra - it costs the printer nothing, so it costs you nothing. Pick the one you want above; the details table lists the pages, size and print areas for each.
Designing one
Type what you want - "Conference notebook, our logo small at the bottom, a big mountain range across the cover, navy on white" - and you will see it on the cover. Already have a logo? Upload a PNG or SVG and place it. Then adjust by saying what is off: bigger, higher, move it in, drop the icon. Every revision renders on the notebook, so the mockup you approve is what gets printed.
Designing is free, and you pay when you order.
Quantities
A notebook is one size and one stock, so an order is simply how many of which kind. Mix ruled and dot grid in one order, and add shirts, mugs or totes to the same checkout with one shipment.
Printing and turnaround
Orders are printed by US print-on-demand partners after you check out, which is why there is no minimum and nothing sits in a warehouse.
