The years of service are the design

Thirty-four years. 1991 to 2026. A badge number, a route number, a truck number. Whatever the count is, that is the artwork. Make it big enough to read across a crowded breakroom and to survive the group photo that ends up framed in a hallway. Everything else, the name and the department, is a footnote under it.

Ordering in secret is the hard part

You cannot ask her what size she wears. That is the whole constraint, and it shapes every decision here. Work backward from what you can observe:

• Borrow a jacket size from HR paperwork nobody will miss, or ask the one person she carpools with.
