What goes on the front
The front has options nobody else's party gets. Plenty of families print the English name with the Hebrew name beneath it; some add the parsha, or the Hebrew date beside the secular one, so it says something the kid can still unpack at twenty. Whatever you pick has to read across a dark room: few lines, big letters.
It also has to be tellable apart in a pile — when a whole class turns thirteen the same year, one kid can collect several, and the name and date keep yours from being the anonymous gray one.
