Most programs want one shirt everyone owns — chapter name, county, the year — plus short runs for the crews inside it: the same front design with "Livestock Crew" under it, or a different graphic for the shop. No minimum, so an eleven-person judging team is an ordinary order.

Working Back From the Fair Date
Show season does not reschedule. Production runs about 2-5 business days plus shipping, with tracking, so count back from move-in day and leave room for a roster that keeps changing. Collecting sizes is the slow part: the way a booster group gathers them works the same for a chapter. Selling shirts at the fair booth to fund a trip? The profit math is worked out.
Garments That Earn Their Keep
Adult Tees are $24.99 and Youth Tees $22.99, the show-day standard for a barn crew. Long Sleeves ($28.99) keep August sun and hay dust off your arms. Hoodies ($44.99 adult, $39.99 youth) are for the 4 a.m. wash rack and an unheated shop in January. Officers meeting a sponsor can dress it up with an Adult Polo ($32.99) — see custom polos. Adult sizes run S-3XL. Front print only during beta, so nothing on a sleeve catches a gate latch.
Color as a Way to Find Your Crew
Barn aisles are crowded. Pick a color your people can spot from the far end: Red and Royal carry across a show ring, Forest, Navy, and Black read well under barn lights, White and Sport Gray stay coolest at an outdoor August show, and Gold is on select garments. Color-coding by crew — Forest for greenhouse, Royal for mechanics — helps a parent scanning the aisle find their own kid.
Ordering for a Chapter
Every size costs the same, 3XL included, and youth and adult, tees and hoodies, ship in one order. Everything is printed to order by US print-on-demand partners; nothing sits in a warehouse. A wrong or defective print gets reprinted or refunded with a photo within 14 days. A custom shirt can't come back over a size ordered in error, so check the roster twice.
