An honor society is not trying to out-shout the marching band. What it wants from a shirt is closer to what a program cover wants: restraint, legibility, and something that still looks right in a photo twenty years later. That is a harder brief than loud, and a better one.
Dignified reads better than loud
Loud is easy to specify - bigger, brighter, more of it. Understated takes decisions. One ink color instead of three. A chest mark small enough that someone has to step closer to read it. A serif for the chapter name, because a heavy block face carries the tone of a scoreboard. Ink a shade off the shirt, cream on Navy or black on Sport Gray, rather than maximum contrast. Nothing metallic.
Restraint also travels. The same shirt reads correctly at a pantry on Saturday morning, at a hallway membership table, and under a jacket at dinner afterward. Front print only during beta suits that plan - a quiet mark on the chest is the whole design anyway.

Ordering for a chapter
There is no minimum, so a chapter of nine orders nine. Mixed sizes and garments ship together, youth beside adult. Settle sizes before checkout: a custom print cannot come back for a size ordered in error, and the size guide has measurements to pass around. A wrong or defective print is another matter - send a photo within 14 days and we reprint or refund it.
