Most custom-apparel sites start with a menu. You pick a product, then a color, then a size, then open a design tool, upload a file, drag it onto a shirt and hope it fits. AI Promo Design starts with a sentence. Everything else happens in the same conversation with Remi, our AI designer.
The workflow
- Describe it. Type what you want in plain words: "our team name in a bold varsity arch, gold on navy." Or send the logo you already have.
- Check it will print. Remi checks the artwork against the garment you picked: the print area, the resolution the file needs at that size, and whether thin lines or small lettering will survive on fabric. If it will not print clean, Remi says so and offers a fix.
- Change it by asking. Bigger. Move it up. Try it in white. Remi changes the colors, removes a flat background, adds an outline or text, and redraws a blurry logo at print resolution. Every version shows on the garment in the color you picked.
- Choose the order. Say which items, colors and sizes you need, and Remi builds the order line by line. Bulk prices apply automatically at checkout as the quantity goes up.
- Collect sizes by link. When the order is for a group, the organizer sends one link. Each person enters their own size, or their name, number and size for a team shirt, with no account. The answers land on the order for the organizer to check before paying.
Nothing to hunt for
There is no menu to open to find the color, the size or the design tool. You say what you want, and the chat puts it on the garment. The product, the color, the artwork, the sizes and the payment are all in one conversation.
The chat checks the work, not only the picture
A picture that looks good on screen can still be unprintable. The chat works inside the limits of the print:
- Resolution. It warns you when the artwork is too small for the size it will print, and offers a sharper version, a better file from you, or the same design printed smaller.
- Placement. Artwork is sized to the real print area of the garment, so a youth tee is not an adult crop.
- Color. It shows the design on the actual color of the garment, and changes the colors when you ask.
- Screen printing. For a larger run of one design, screen printing is available. It comes from our screen-printing partner and ships separately.
