Four legs plus an alternate is five shirts, and five is a real order. There's no minimum here, and one piece counts, so a 4x100 squad can print something of its own without waiting on the full team order or a parent meeting.

The gap between your two events
Track downtime is its own thing. You might run at 9:40 and not go again until 2:15, and the infield at nine in the morning feels nothing like the infield at two. Athletes warm up covered, strip down for a race that's over in twelve seconds, then pull everything back on to stay loose for hours. Ordering mid-season
You don't have to decide in February. Designing is free, so describe what you want in plain English or upload artwork, chat with it until it looks right, and pay only at checkout. A relay that comes together in April can order in April. Everything is printed to order by US print-on-demand partners, roughly 2-5 business days in production plus shipping, with tracking, and nothing sits in a warehouse. Custom prints can't come back for a size ordered in error or a change of mind, though a wrong or defective print is reprinted or refunded with a photo within 14 days. Parents who want fan shirts with a name and number for the bleachers can order those on their own, in their own sizes.
