AI Promo Design does not sell ANSI-rated high-visibility apparel. Nothing in the catalog is a Class 2 or Class 3 garment, and a printed cotton tee is not PPE. If your site requires hi-vis, buy it from a safety supplier and keep wearing it.
What we print is the shirt underneath, and the one you are still wearing when the vest comes off at the supply house, at lunch, at the walkthrough, on the drive home.
What Cotton Will and Won't Do
These are cotton garments, printed rather than embroidered. No flame resistance, and grinder sparks will pit any cotton tee. Our one moisture-wicking shirt, the polyester performance tee, is no better near sparks - polyester melts - so keep it for the crew on layout, not the one on the grinder.
Color carries more weight than crews expect:
- Sport Gray hides drywall dust.
- Navy, Black and Forest Green hide grease and mud.
- White looks done by Wednesday.

Where the Print Goes
The front does the work face to face - the morning huddle, the gate, the handshake at the truck - and a back print is what gets read from a distance on a site. The first surface is included in the price; each extra one is $8.99 to $10.99 depending on the product.
