Teacher Appreciation Gifts and Staff Shirts That Match the Kids' Spirit Wear
Teacher appreciation gifts, back-to-school staff shirts, and front-office polos that match your students' spirit wear. No minimums, order one or many.
Students get spirit wear for pep rallies, field trips, and the first day of school. The adults running the building usually don't - until teacher appreciation week lands on the calendar and someone has to find a gift fast, or the office staff look around and realize nothing they own matches the kids. Part of Spirit Wear for Schools and Teams.
Teacher appreciation week gifts
Order one adult tee ($14.38) for a favorite teacher, or a hoodie ($37.99) for a whole grade-level team - there's no minimum, so a single item is a real order and a department of six is too. Put one of these on it:
- a "Teacher Appreciation Week" design
- a subject-specific mark
- the school's own logo
Sizes S-2XL cost the same per item, so a 2XL gift doesn't cost more than a small, and nobody gets quietly skipped over on the order form.
Back-to-school shirts and polos for staff
For the first week back, front office, instructional, and support staff can wear the same design as the students in whichever garment fits the role:
| Garment | Price | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Polo | $25.63 | Anyone greeting parents at a desk |
| Tee | $14.38 | A spirit day |
| Long sleeve | $22.99 | Early drop-off duty |
Polos, tees, hoodies, and sizes all mix in one order, so staff apparel doesn't need its own separate purchase order or checkout. If the office does want one, your cart downloads a quote for a purchase order.
Matching the students on purpose
Same logo as the student shirts, in a color the polo shares - Navy, Red, Royal, Black or White - so a hallway of kids in spirit tees and a front office in matching polos reads as one building, not two groups doing their own thing. Keep the front design to what reads well on the chest; the back and sleeves are there for the rest. The first surface is included in the price; each extra one is $8.99 to $10.99 depending on the product.
How the order actually works
- Describe what you want in plain English, or upload the school or district logo.
- Refine it by asking for changes in chat. Designing is free.
- Pay once, at checkout.
Everything ships from US print-on-demand partners, typically in up to 10 business days of production plus shipping, with tracking on every order. Custom prints can't be returned for a size ordered in error, but if a shirt arrives wrong or defective, send a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it.
Ordering for the students too? See the general spirit wear page for youth sizes and full class orders. Running a PTA or booster club order at the same time? That's covered on the PTA & booster club page - this page is the full guide to outfitting staff. To gather the staff's sizes, send a sizes link instead of a form, and for a gift with each teacher's name under one design, see personalized mugs with names.
