Custom PTA shirts for a volunteer ordering 12 to 72. One link collects sizes, with real adult tee prices at 12, 24, 48 and 72.
You have a few weeks before the carnival, the teacher breakfast or the field day, and you are the person who said yes to the shirts. A group this size is one order: you collect the sizes, you pay once, and the shirts come to you.

How an order of 12 to 72 works
Send one link, then check out once the answers are in.
- Open the designer, put the PTA name or logo on a shirt, and add the shirt to your order.
- On that item, choose collect shirt sizes. A sizes link asks who the shirt is for and what size, up to 300 answers. A names link, for a name or number on each shirt, takes up to 80. Nobody needs an account, nothing is paid on the link, and only you see the answers.
- Post the link in the parent chat with a date. One button adds the answers to the order you pay for.
- Pay at checkout. The shirts ship to you, free in the US, so you hand them out.
Youth and adult sizes can share the cart. The adult tee is one price in every size. If the school needs a purchase order, the cart downloads a quote PDF.
What 12, 24, 48 and 72 cost
Prices below are the adult tee with one full-color print, the price the cart charges. Bulk prices count that item's own pieces across colors and sizes. They apply on their own. A code does not stack with a bulk price: the order gets whichever takes more off.

48 is still the 24-shirt price. 72 is the price from 50 shirts up. A second print area on the adult tee, such as a back under a front, adds $8.99. Screen printing is offered in the designer when it costs less than full color, starting at 24 of one design on one item.
The price guarantee is the one the site already makes. These figures are the ones in the cart, not a special PTA rate.
How long the shirts take
Printing takes up to 10 business days after checkout. Free economy shipping then typically takes 4 to 8 business days in transit for tees. The cart adds the two and shows arrival dates before you pay. There is no rush printing and no guaranteed delivery date.
With a few weeks before the event, send the sizes link first and pay only when the cart's later date is before the day you need the shirts. You can cancel within 12 hours after paying if printing has not started. The full clocks are on ordering deadlines and timing.
How Remi helps with the artwork
Designing is free. In the chat you can:
- Clean up a soft logo. A small file is flagged before it is printed large. Ask for a sharper version, or upload a clearer one. A chest print generally wants at least 1500 pixels across.
- Fit it to the print area. The logo is placed in the printable area of the shirt you are looking at, and you can move or resize it before you order.
- Rebuild an old shirt. If the only logo is on a shirt from a few years ago, photograph it flat and evenly lit, upload that, and say what it should be. The photo of the fabric is not what prints. See preparing artwork files.
Questions about a PTA group order
Is 12 shirts a real order?
Yes. There is no minimum. Twelve is also where the adult tee's first bulk price starts, at $10.90 each for one full-color print.
Can parents pay on the size link?
No. The sizes link only collects sizes. You pay for the order. Families who should pay for their own shirts use a different link, described on PTA and booster club shirts.
Do I have to guess sizes?
No. Each person enters their own size on the link. A size ordered wrong is not returnable, which is why the person wearing it should pick it.
What if the logo is blurry or only exists on an old shirt?
Ask Remi for a sharper version, or photograph the old shirt and ask for it to be rebuilt as clean artwork. The print is the file you approve.
Will they arrive in time if I have a few weeks?
Read the dates in the cart before you pay. Printing is up to 10 business days, then shipping. If the later date is after your event, wait is not what fixes it: order when the dates still fit, and leave a buffer.
