The kit covers the player, not the family
A club issues each player a kit. Nothing in it covers the parents, the grandparent who drove four hours, the sibling in a folding chair, or the coach.
The calendar is also longer than the roster suggests: fall season, winter indoor training, spring season, then summer tournaments. Whatever you print gets worn across most of it, so pick garments for the coldest month you will play in.
Club, school and rec league want different things
- Club and travel teams play a long season and travel to tournaments. They want touchline layers, training shirts, a tournament shirt and coach polos.
- School teams want the school's name and colors, often a senior night or banquet shirt, and the athletic office may pay by purchase order. A school team's order is often split between a players' set and a parents' set.
- Rec leagues are the opposite problem: many small teams of 8 to 12 kids, one shirt each, a single volunteer placing the order, and a budget per family that has to stay low.
Layering for the touchline
A tournament Saturday can start near freezing and feel like summer by the second game, so touchline gear is a layering problem, not a single-shirt one.

Every size of a garment costs the same, and youth and adult pieces ship in one order. The Adult Long Sleeve runs small, so size up one, and it does not print on the sleeves. The Adult Hoodie prints front, back and both sleeves; the Youth Hoodie front and back.
Training shirts for players
For training in the heat, the Performance Tee ($30.99, adult S-2XL) and Youth Performance Tee ($27.99, youth XS-XL) are 100% polyester and moisture-wicking, so they stay light through a full session. They print by DTF on the front and back, and come in Navy, Royal, Red, Black, White, Maroon, Purple, Forest Green, Kelly Green, Gold, Carolina Blue, Orange, Silver and Iron Gray. Bulk prices come off automatically: $18.77 each for 12 or more Performance Tees, and $18.28 at 12 or $16.51 at 24 for the youth version. Adult and youth pieces count separately toward a break. Rec leagues with many small teams
A rec league is where soccer shirts get ordered by the hundred, one small team at a time. A few approaches that keep it simple:
- One design, one color per team. The league logo on the front, and each team gets its own shirt color: Red, Royal, Kelly Green, Purple, Maroon, Forest Green and Navy are all on the Youth Tee. One order holds every color.
- Bulk across the whole league. Bulk prices count one item's pieces across colors and sizes, so every team's youth tees add up together, whatever their shirt color. The Youth Tee drops to $14.91 each at 24 or more and $11.21 at 50 or more.
- Team names as a second line. "Thunder," "Comets," "Foxes" under the league name keeps one design for everyone.
- Screen printing for a large single-design run. When one design goes on 24 or more of the same item, Remi offers screen printing if it costs less than full color; screen-printed items ship to one address as their own parcel.
The Youth Tee does not come in Gold, Orange or Carolina Blue. A team that wants one of those can wear the Youth Performance Tee instead, which carries all three. Tournament weekends
A tournament shirt is the one players keep. Put the weekend's name and the year on the front, and the roster or the match schedule in a column on the back. One shirt gets worn Saturday, rinsed in a hotel sink and worn again Sunday, so dark colors that hide grass stains help. Wording that teams use: "Showcase Weekend 2027," "Three Games, Two Days, One Team," "Pack the Van," or the age group and club name in big block letters.
Coaches and staff
Coaches usually take the Adult Polo at $25.63, printed on the left chest (not stitched), in Navy, Red, Royal, Black, White or Athletic Heather. It runs trim through the shoulders, so size up if between sizes. For cold sessions, the Adult Hoodie or Adult Crewneck in the same color as the players makes the staff easy to spot. Family gear
The family order is optional and usually the largest. Matching hoodies, a tee with the player's number, a long sleeve for the grandparent who comes to every home game. With no minimum, one hoodie is a real order, and every US order ships free.

Names and numbers
Players' names and numbers print free from a pasted roster: one player per line with name, number and size, up to 80 players on one list per shirt color, and the sizes are counted from the list (team roster shirts). Names print exactly as typed. A names list ships by the faster service for free.
What it costs depends on the surface, not the lettering:
- On an otherwise blank shirt, the names and numbers are the shirt's one included surface.
- If the club crest already prints on the back, names and numbers add nothing.
- If the crest is on the front and the back carries only names and numbers, the back is one extra surface, $8.99 to $10.99 depending on the product.
- A number under a left-chest logo shares the front and adds nothing.
Check your league's rules before you put numbers on a training shirt that might be worn in a match; some leagues require numbers that match the official kit. Free names and numbers has the four lettering styles and ink colors.
Design that reads across a pitch
Big, heavy lettering survives the width of a touchline; fine script does not. Use one strong color hit on a dark shirt (white or gold on Navy), and use original crests, not a professional club's badge. Group shirt design tips and the color guide help with layout and matching a club shade.
Sizes and counting
Youth and adult sizes are not one continuous scale, so size by fit (youth XL vs adult small). Players pulling a hoodie on over shin guards and a kit usually want room. Timeline
Production runs up to 10 business days after checkout, then transit: typically 4 to 8 business days with free economy shipping, or 2 to 5 with faster shipping where offered. There is no rush printing, and the cart shows expected arrival dates before you pay. Five weeks before the first match or tournament is comfortable, four weeks fits with little slack, and three is tight. For a fall season starting in late August, order in July. Ordering deadlines and timing has a count-back calendar.
