Custom Shirts for Adult Community Theater Companies
Custom show shirts for adult volunteer community theater. Tees from $24.99, hoodies from $44.99, no minimum, youth and adult sizes in one order.

Your company is thirty people who do everything. Whoever built the platform flat is also selling raffle tickets at intermission. Nobody is paid. The cast runs from a retired bookkeeper to a nurse who learned her lines on night shifts to a machinist who has played every villain for four seasons. A show shirt for a company like that isn't merchandise. It's the only thing anyone gets to keep.
The shirt is the thank-you
Somebody spent eleven Saturdays in a garage building a staircase that gets used for four minutes, and there should be evidence. A production-specific shirt is that evidence — the show title, the year, maybe a small drawing that only makes sense if you were in the room when it happened.
Front print only during our beta, so keep the design simple and it reads the same on a Navy tee and a Sport Gray hoodie. What matters is the year. Ten seasons later, somebody's closet is a résumé.
One shirt per show, not one per season
Because the design changes with the production, you place several small orders a year instead of one big run. That only works without a minimum, and there isn't one: a four-person order for the fall one-act is as real as a thirty-person order for the spring musical, at the same price per piece. Each order prints on its own — about 2–5 business days plus shipping, with tracking — so the fall shirt never waits on the spring one.
Strike night and the sizing problem
Strike is when the shirts get worn. The set comes down, somebody orders pizza, and the whole company is in the shirt at once for the first time.
So you're dressing a group with no uniform shape: adults from S to 3XL, the occasional teenager who needs a Youth size, and whoever runs sound wanting a Long Sleeve because the booth is cold. Every size costs the same per piece, so the size chart never turns into a budget conversation, and youth and adult garments ship together in one order. Our size guide helps if you're collecting sizes by email.
What the company actually wears
Cast and crew usually land on the Adult Tee at $24.99. Hoodies at $44.99 go to the people who live in an unheated theater in February — booth, backstage, load-in crew. Box office and front of house sometimes want the Polo at $32.99 so patrons know who to ask. Youth sizes run a few dollars less. Everything is cotton or a cotton blend, printed to order by US partners; nothing sits in a warehouse.
