If your sign-up sheet runs heavy on 2XL, nothing about the order changes and nobody pays more to be included. Youth sizes ship in the same order as adult sizes. One shirt for a new member is a real order.
Order in rounds, not one big batch
Posts don't run on a single deadline. Memorial Day and Veterans Day ceremonies, summer parades, funeral honors, the fundraiser breakfast, and the fall meeting all pull at different times, and members join year-round.
